Tissue Transglutaminase IgG

The Tissue Transglutaminase IgG test measures the level of IgG antibodies against tissue transglutaminase, an enzyme that plays a role in the immune response to gluten. This test is often used alongside the IgA version to help diagnose celiac disease, particularly in individuals with IgA deficiency, which can occur in some patients with celiac disease.
