The Renal Function Panel is a blood test used to evaluate kidney health and function. It typically measures levels of various substances in the blood, including: Creatinine: Indicates how well the kidneys are filtering waste. Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN): Reflects the kidneys' ability to eliminate urea, a waste product from protein metabolism. Electrolytes: Such as sodium, potassium, chloride, and bicarbonate, which help assess the balance of minerals in the body. Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR): An estimate of how well the kidneys filter blood.
