The ANA Screen with Reflex to Components test initially detects antinuclear antibodies (ANA) in your blood. If the screen is positive, it automatically includes a detailed analysis of specific ANA components to identify the exact type of autoantibodies present. This helps diagnose and differentiate autoimmune disorders like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis more accurately.
